ramiele malubay of american idol She’s tagged as the next Jasmine Trias though she sounds better than the American Idol season three’s third placer. What with her petite physique, she can belt out a tune as high as Aretha Franklin’s Natural Woman on which she chose for her August 2007 audition. But Ramiele Malubay sadly bid farewell last night after luckily being included on the final twelve down to ten. With her in the bottom three were Kristy Lee Cook and for the first time, Brook White.

Her rendition of Dolly Parton’s “Do I Ever Cross Your Mind” didn’t make up for her last weeks’ performances which I found a ‘little boring’. Though Paula Abdul is still proud of her but felt she played safe on her song ‘Alone’ last week, Randy Jackson ‘wasn’t mad’ at her Dolly Parton’s song and surprisingly, Simon Cowell didn’t mock at her. And not even the Pinoy in US have saved her from the elimination.

Still, fans of this super cute Filipina are hoping that there would be a wild card in this season. I’m crossing my fingers.

  3. When you feel alone and lost
Living in a world that seems so rough
    There would be no cost
    Praying for blessings is enough.

    For the blessings we receive
Come in the small treasures we look past
Those that fill your heart, I believe
Those that will bring you hope at last.

Having hope will change your views
And will bring happiness to your soul
For it’s not something you have to lose
    It is our ultimate goal.
