		<description>in addition --- while the mixture is fermenting -- you must - with clean dry hands -- open the jar and press down the mixture several times.  This is done every morning for 7-10 days.  you do not even have to wait 3 weeks.  

In Arayat -- our burong asan is sauteed with garlic, onion, tomatoes, and ginger (thumb size).

catfish, tilapia, freshwater bass, rock fish -- are other fishes available in the US to use.  i have made buro using these fishes.</description>
