Hi! I’m Bart. My full name is Lalaine Lapuz Marquez. I was born on the year of the Boar, 1983. I got my nickname Bart when I was a kid. It came from the word “barat”, a Kapampangan word which means “lazy in waking up early”. I think I still have that habit, hehe. Yes, I’m a full blooded Kapampangan. My father hails from Sto. Tomas while my mother’s hometown is Mexico, Pampanga.
I wanted to become a writer, just like my Father who was a columnist in some of our local newspapers. But due to some twist of turns, I did not end to be one but right now, I really find time to write anything under the sun on this blog. Thanks to my kuya for introducing me to the world of blog and wordpress.
I thank God for giving me Archie as my long-time boyfriend. An Aquarian who compliments my sign, Libra. (Mushy, mushy!) I’m looking forward to walk down the aisle with him, hopefully before I turn 30 hehe.
I love chocolates (any brand), french fries, smoothies, ice creams, Zagu’s cookies and cream, Tokyo-Tokyo’s red iced tea, Mcdo’s cheeseburger deluxe, Krispy Kreme, Folded and Hung, Coach bag, blue and pink stuffs, and havaianas.

hey, rachel here… thank you for having this blog… somehow it inspired me because im a frustrated writer like you… i read ur post about duyan ne maria, it was an answer to one of my prayers… ive been thinking about doing something relevant to someone’s life… hopefully i can find the courage to go there…
